Meet the team behind Radiance Doors
Richard
Richard, one of Radiance Doors’ (hands on!) directors, has been in the window and door industry for over 30 years and has held many senior roles.
Brian
Brian is our beloved canine companion and company mascot. The heart of our team, he takes the ‘lead’ in projects, and ensures we’re working hard for our customers!
Claire
Claire, the second of Radiance Doors’ directors, heads customer service. Having been in many similar roles previously, she understands what is important to anybody who is looking to invest in new doors or windows.

Danny
Danny has a variety of building and installation skills, which has enabled Radiance Doors to take on various projects beyond just installation. Working alongside Tom, they both ensure that every detail is covered on every job.
Tom, Richard’s son, has manufactured and installed composite doors and windows for 10 years prior to joining Radiance Doors, and has an in-depth knowledge of both the products and installation. He is an MTC qualified installer and takes great pride in all his jobs.
Emma, Radiance Doors' Customer Services Administrator, plays a key role in ensuring customer enquiries are dealt with in a friendly and timely manner and her organisational skills keep the services operations running seamlessly.
She has been in customer services for over 15 years.

We are happy to re-quote if necessary

Radiance Doors will process the order with the selected manufacturer

We would either arrange a home visit with Richard or you can send us the required details including measurements/images

If you are happy to proceed we would send a sales contract confirming your order which is sent via Adobe for electronically signing and a 30% deposit is required

Once the manufacturer provides us with an estimated delivery date we will be in touch to discuss an installation date working around your commitments

Following this you would receive a detailed quotation which is valid for 28 days

Survey is then arranged to make all the final checks prior to ordering

Once completed and you are happy with the work the completion balance is due and all paperwork /certificates are sent
